We offer fresh, seasonal and local products all year round (short supply circuit of about 40km around our establishment), mostly organic and gluten-free.
Our goal is to have at least one ingredient in each menu from our permaculture garden.
For guests staying in rooms, meals are available every day (on request at the time of booking).
Half or full board is available for guests staying in rooms even when the restaurant is closed. Picnics (on request at least 48 hours in advance).
Outside the restaurant's opening days and for group meals (>10 people), family meals, business lunches or cocktails, it is possible to privatise the restaurant room or the terrace - please contact us.
